The month of March brings luck, and the timing couldn't be better with St. Patrick's Day right around the corner. I'm pleased to announce that both my listings in Madison Park and Broadmoor went pending in just over a week!

It Pick: February 2020

February is here, and 2020 is off to a phenomenal start. I'm pleased to announce that both my Skinner Mansion and Capitol Hill Modern listings are now pending!

In this month's It List, I also feature the most recent market statistics for Seattle, some insightful news on millennial home buying, and local happenings around the Sound.

My “It Pick” for February highlights an in-depth report by one of the Seattle area's top appraisers, Alan Pope. Alan is a member of the Platinum Group, along with myself and 20 (or so) of the top realtors in the greater Seattle area. Alan is my go-to appraiser, and honestly the only one I am aware of that actually tours active listings—so when he gives a valued opinion, he can speak to the comparable sales as he has been in them.
